1. This is a ‘how long is a piece of string’ question… you need to think about the following:

How big is my stand? More walls = more graphics and therefore a higher cost

How many shows are you attending? When exhibiting at multiple shows you have the opportunity to reuse yours graphics, which can mean a lower cost per show

What you want your stand to look like? Roller banners and pop-ups, great for reuse but not always the best use of space, whereas rollable shell-scheme panels give big impact on a small budget, but different shows can use different systems.

Seamless graphics give the most professional look but cost more, however are ideal for reuse as they only take up a small amount of space in storage and can be used many times.

At the top end of your budget there are modular systems such as Aluvision or beMatrix which can rid you of the shell scheme, giving you seamless walls and the ability to mount TV’s or shelves, without the need for a bespoke build.

What’s my budget? We can’t give you champagne graphics on a lemonade budget, but we do tend to be 50-70% cheaper than organiser provided graphics, so don't leave your space blank because you thought you couldn't afford good graphics.
