  1. How far in advance do exhibitors need to order?

    We usually work to deadline of 2 weeks before show install date, however we will always help exhibitors wherever possible.

  2. What if an exhibitor has a last-minute change?

    We work with the exhibitor to find a suitable solution - if their graphics have not been printed yet, we will swap out the updated artwork. If the graphics have been printed, we offer a suitable solution to meet their new requirements.

  3. Do you offer artwork services?

    Yes, if exhibitors are unable to produce their own artwork, we can help by providing artwork preparation services or contact details for trusted graphic designers.

    Charges apply for artworking services.

  4. What are the eco-friendly options?

    Being green is at the heart of Toucan Graphics' mission - we have eco-friendly alternatives for foamex: our range of fibreboards that can be recycled in normal cardboard recycling schemes, through to PVC-free self-adhesive vinyl options. Our SEG prints are produced on polyester fabrics, which can be recycled after use - a take-back service we are launching in 2026.

  5. How do exhibitors order graphics?

    We provide a bespoke portal for exhibitors to order graphics through. We deal with all enquiries, artwork, production and payment, making it a stress free experience for you and your exhibitors.

  6. What does this service cost?

    Nothing! We provide a bespoke service that can manage everything from initial enquiry through to installation, even providing you with a commission kickback.
