VAS Valuations at NACFB

We worked with VAS’s agency, Long Storey Short, to provide them with seamless wall graphics to give their stand space a big impact for the one-day show.

During the project management phase of this project, we were able to save VAS money over the original quote: we had initially priced for seamless fabrics attached with shell-scheme clips, however when dealing with the organiser it became clear these were not necessary as they were using a poly-weave fabric panels, allowing to Velcro our prints directly.

Installation was completed before the client arrived and great feedback received:

SOS Components at Subcon

With their first exhibition coming up, we worked with SOS Components to provide a few suitable options for their stand. They chose to go with a re-usable 2 wall fabric exhibition solution, due to the ability to use the walls freestanding a separately at other events.

We supported SOS Components with artwork design and 3D visuals of their stand, so they could see what they were getting before they signed off the proofs for production. We also provided a small counter, mini roller banner, flyers and giveaways to support their event goals – testing the fabric walls and counter, as well a checking all other prints to ensure high quality. SOS Components chose to DIY install their stand, so after the quality check, we delivered all the prints before their deadline.

Toucan X AIS INDX Woman show

Whether you need one print or hundreds, Toucan can support your next event. In January 2025 we provided over 240 linear meters of eco-friendly print for the INDX Woman show at AIS Cranmore Park.

Dealing directly with exhibitors to take orders, payment and artwork through to on-site installation of all prints, INDX Woman was a successful show for all involved. From polypropylene prints to cover slat wall panels, impactful fibreboards, right through to a 15m long seamless silicone-edge print, every graphic was produced on a recyclable substrate, to aid in AIS’s goal to be more sustainable.

We also supported the INDX Home show in February and continue to support other INDX shows through the rest of the year.
