1. It's important for us to be aware of the ecological impact that the graphics we produce have, especially with the short term nature of the exhibitions industry, and provide solutions that can help minimise the effects on the environment. After all, we want to keep the toucan's in the trees and off the extinction list!

    - We reduce our impact by planning and nesting print runs to minimise waste and energy use.

    - We offer many reusable products, such as our silicone edge graphics and most of our display products.

    - We offer many recyclable substrates, such as polyester based media, that can be recycled and are PVC-free. As we expand, we are looking to offer recycling facilities, so you can return used graphics to be given a second life.

  1. PVC-free prints

Why is it important to use PVC-free materials? Well, polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) has many harmful toxins that are present in the manufacturing process and exposed to the environment when it enters landfill after use, as it can not be recycled in most forms.

We offer a huge range of PVC-free banners - from 'regular' banners, grey-back one-piece wall covering and polyester based fabrics available in light box, regular and block-out. The polyester based fabrics often have a stretch to them, making them ideal for wrapping exhibition stock panels or use in silicone-edge frame systems like BeMatrix.

Palight Re-Nu is a 100% recycled PVC Foam sheet we offer as an alternative to traditional foamex - it's manufactured in County Durham using waste from the UK, saving on the miles too. All of the foamex boards we supply can be recycled.

We can supply a range of cardboard based sheets, such as DISPA, as an alternative to foamex boards. They can easily be recycled with regular cardboard collections.

There are so many options for PVC-free self-adhesive vinyls too - get in touch to discuss your next PVC-free print order.
